We only rent for a whole week,
from saturday around 3 p.m until next saturday around 10 a.m (to arrange with our correspondent in Venice).

including :
agency fees, local taxes, bed sheets, hand towels and cloths, water, gas and electricity. Central heating is provided.

 If the required week is available :
 please confirm by e-mail,
indicating your name, address and the number of people (for the sheets).
You will receive a rental contract by post.

Payment in three installments: 

A deposit of 290 euros should be made by bank transfer when booking.( transfer at your charge).
Your reservation will then be confirmed
(2 weeks : 420 euros)

(We keep your booking 15 days until payment of the first deposit).
As soon as we receive your deposit, we transmit your booking to our correspondent in Venice.
The agency will welcome you and provide you with the bedsheets.

Second payment 30 days before your arrival.: 420 euros,
by bank transfer ( transfer at your charge)
.(2 weeks : 1020 euros)

Third payment to the agent when  you receive the keys at the house. : 260 euros,
by  bank note or traveler's cheque
(2 weeks : 260 euros)

We will ask you for a 360 euros refundable deposit ( to be returned to you at the end of your stay).
